The Manhattan is situated in a very seedy red-light district, it’s a little confronting the drug problem on the streets here, I would strongly recommend not venturing out at night and don’t stay in this part of Frankfurt if you happen to have young children. Once inside the hotel you feel safe, reception staff are friendly, rooms were nothing special, bed was ok, shower good, the district really put me off, would not stay here again.

Those with kids please stay away from this location. Red light district with drug dealers lining up the street. Even for adult I do not feel safe. Hotel is 2 star. 3 star by a very far stretch. No way it's 4 star.

stayed there for one night on business travel. hotel has proximity to the railway station and good restaurants are nearby. the room was not big but cleaniness in top. price was very good given the late reservation.

The hotel is very nice and have a small well equiped bar in the lobby area where we took a beer to relax after a full day in an exhibition. The staff is really friendly and helpful, you feel welcome when arriving here. Location of the hotel is maybe not the most nice area in the town, especially during evening and night, but we were not out late so felt pretty safe walking home. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast had all you could ask for. Not included but fairly priced.

A ridiculous cancellation policy, rude staff, drug dealers and users surrounding the place, tiny rooms, tiny towels, no bottled water replenishment in the room, most tv channels not working. No coffee facilities of any description in the room. Worst coffee I have ever tasted at breakfast. All in all, never again. It’s close to the station though. Right in the red light district. Walking to the hotel at night is very uncomfortable. On the upside you could probably buy any kind of narcotic you wished right outside the door if that is your thing. They’ve also stopped me from being able to review on the site I booked through 🤷🏼.
